These terms apply to your use of webtailor.co, operated by WebTailor, a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada. By using the site you agree to them.
Our services
Information on this site describes our services in general terms and is not an offer. Every project is governed by a separate written service agreement or quote that sets out the scope, price, timeline, payment terms and ownership of the work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Quotes and payments
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise.
- Projects may require a deposit before work begins.
- Invoices are payable by the methods listed on the invoice, including card payments processed by Stripe.
- Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.
Our companies and affiliations
WebTailor is a creative studio offering custom design, development, marketing and media services. Our sister company, Tailor Themes (tailorthemes.com), sells ready-made website themes for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Wix. We show Tailor Themes products on this site, including on our Work page, in our blog and in our ad slots.
Tailor Themes operates its own store, checkout, licensing, downloads and support desk, under its own terms, licence and refund policy. WebTailor does not handle Tailor Themes orders, licence keys, downloads, billing or theme support, and purchases made on tailorthemes.com are not governed by these terms. If you need help with a theme you bought there, please go directly to Tailor Themes:

If you would like WebTailor to customise, build or launch a site using one of our themes, that is a separate WebTailor service project with its own quote. Just get in touch.
Some blog posts and ad slots on this site promote WebTailor services or Tailor Themes products. Links to other companies’ products or services are labelled as ads or sponsored where they are paid placements.
Content and intellectual property
The text, graphics, logos, photos and code on this site belong to WebTailor or are used with permission or under licence. Blog photos from free image libraries are credited to their photographers beneath each image. You may not copy or reuse our content without our written consent. Project work shown in our portfolio is displayed with permission or is our own.

Our blog articles are general information, not professional, legal, financial or tax advice. Prices, statistics and platform features change, so check the linked sources and confirm details before making decisions.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including our own products, sources we cite and client sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.
No warranty and limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebTailor is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
